Participation and cancellation terms

Submitting a form confirms receipt of an enquiry only. A place or service is confirmed separately by LAIKO TERPĖ.

Booking and payment

After registration, we confirm the activity, date, price and payment details. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due within 2 working days of confirmation. If payment is not received in time, the reservation may be cancelled after notifying the customer.

Cancellation of a one-day activity

• Cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund or an agreed transfer.
• With less than 72 hours' notice, a booking may be transferred once if a suitable place is available. No refund is made.
• No-shows without prior notice are not refunded or transferred.

Multi-day programmes

Cancel at least 7 calendar days before the start for a full refund or transfer to an agreed programme. For later cancellations, unavoidable costs already incurred may be deducted. A place may be transferred to another person of a suitable age if we are told in advance.

Changes by the organiser

If LAIKO TERPĖ cancels an activity, we offer another date or an equivalent activity, or refund the full amount paid for the cancelled activity.

Child safety

A child must be registered by a parent or guardian. The registration form allows the adult to provide only practical information needed to organise the activity safely and appropriately, such as allergies, individual needs or required support. If more detail is needed, we clarify it separately. The responsible adult must bring and collect the child at the agreed time or arrange another authorised adult in advance.

Photography and filming

When registering a child, the adult separately chooses whether photography, filming and publication of appropriately selected material for LAIKO TERPĖ communications are permitted. Choosing “no” does not restrict participation. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect lawful use that took place before it was withdrawn.
